The only two problem were the lack of potency of the AC and the room service

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn’t fault a single thing. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive—nothing was ever too much trouble, and they genuinely made us feel valued throughout our visit.

We have enjoyed 3 excellent nights. The location close to the metro offers easy transit to central Prague and the airport (45 minutes)
Great breakfast, Nice rooms, ambience, Spa and staff.
Surely we will stay here when we return to Prague.
