The wheelchair accessible room was not fully accessible. The furniture needed to be rearranged to access the bed but otherwise the hotel had great facilities, friendly staff, good location and good value for money

Staff in the front was nice. Two things that made me stressed was that the sheet didn’t fit the mattress. The mattress didn’t have a protector. I woke up without sheet on the naked mattress. The other one was the WiFi. It wasn’t working.

Very good value for the money. Clean, modern hotel with good amenities.
The location close to Dampoort station a plus, walking distance everywhere. Only 15 min walk to old town center.
Staff was super helpful, young, multilingual.
On site bar with good snacks and sandwiches. We didn't try their breakfast.
Plenty of secure parking underground for a reasonable 22 Euro for 24 hrs.
Full kitchen and fridge on the room was another plus. Drinkable tap water, no need to buy bottled water.
