Lots of great things about this hotel. The location is excellent - an easy walk from the train station, a nearby tram stop, and the center of town. The staff were wonderful. And we loved how spacious the one-bedroom apartment was, as well as the convenient laundry room (set up and use with an app) near the reception desk. The only reason I couldn’t give a perfect review was the lack or air conditioning. It was only mid 80’s outside, and they informed us at check in there was no A/C, but two fans were provided. We didn’t think much of it. But once in our room on the 6th floor, it was stifling hot. It didn’t improve with windows open and fans going all night. By morning, we were anxious to leave and packed our bags hours before planned. Even in an old building, they could add attic fans or other improvements. I can’t recommend this hotel for a summer stay, but it would be a perfect choice the rest of the year.

What they promise is what you get. Basic lodging, nothing fancy, but well done. Great location—very close to 4 of the 5 tram lines, easy walking distance to many sightseeing spots, and lots of great places to eat. Responsive staff. Very clean facilities. Highly recommended if you’re looking for basic accommodations.

Decent size room and very walkable. If the hotel has AC it'll be fantastic!
