Air conditioning unit in room was great as otherwise would have been an uncomfortable temperature.
Staff welcoming and very helpful throughout and breakfast was good and replenished regularly.
Would recommend as close proximity to station and city centre.

No downsides whatsoever, excellent location, easy walking distance to old town and many food/drink establishments.
