The property was clean;
a few loud clients over the weekends. A receptionist barely understanding you due to language barrier.
A kind and knowledgeable receptionist which was helpful and pleasant made my stay wonderful.

I stayed for few days with my dad. It was a good stay overall. The staff were very friendly and we were getting cleaned towels almost everyday. However, one receptionist at night tried to sell me a toothbrush for some cash even though they are given complementarily. My dad went next morning and the lady who was very helpful from the beginning with our room change gave us the complementary toothbrush. Breakfast was fine, area was quite, and not too far away from downtown Charleston.
