If there were more stars to rate this hotel, I would give it more! We had a wonderful stay in Krakow, and staying at this hotel played a huge part in making everything perfect. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to suit every taste—from meat-eaters and vegetarians to those with allergies or gluten sensitivities. I would like to give a special mention to Mr. J. Singh, the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage as well as the kind and very respectful doorman, Piotr.

I liked the location, the breakfast, the beds were very comfortable. The staff were always helpful… I can’t complain about anything

I stayed here for only one day. But the experience was perfect. I don't typically care for door staff I like to carry my own bags, but the door staff was such a great guy. Breakfast was one of the best i have seen. And the location couldn't have been more perfect close to everything.
