This was an absolutely wonderful hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The staff were warm, welcoming, and couldn’t have been more helpful throughout our stay.
Our room was extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The amenities were excellent, and the whole hotel had a lovely atmosphere.
We genuinely have no complaints at all and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Elegant and charming old hotel. Rooms decorated very European, old world charm. Outstanding artwork on the walls. Unbelievable deal for the price. Located right on the main market, primary location. Highest recommendations.

I cannot praise the Wentzl highly enough,
The hotel itself is overlooks the Main Square and is ideally located for exploring Krakow.
The rooms and facilities are top drawer.
Every member of staff we met was welcoming and friendly and went out their way to help us, especially those on the front desk. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
The breakfast, and the staff serving it, were excellent.
I would strongly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Krakow.
