I stayed for one week and it was a wonderful experience. The staff are all very kind, helpful, and explained procedures clearly at check-in. They were also very receptive and helpful during communications prior to arriving in Kraków, which helped ease any travel anxiety. The room was clean and well stocked as advertised, with extra paper and trash bags available. The stove top was a little confusing to use but a quick Google search was all it needed. It's located in a lovely area with many cafés and shops within walking distance. We did not take the bus once during this trip as everything was walkable from the hotel. The shuttle transfer was quick and easy to set-up through the hotel, very convenient and punctual even for early morning transfers. Overall, it was the perfect stay for my first time in Poland! Highly recommended if travelling alone or as a couple. Thank you, Riverside Aparthotel :)

The location was excellent, very near the bridge with a lovely river view. The receptionist spoke good English and check in was smooth. The apartment was very clean and lovely. It had everything we needed. The smart toilet was a pleasant surprise. My only criticism is, no instructions left on how to use the coffee machine and the hob/stove. It is a filter coffee machine and there was coffee powder but despite trying, I could not work it out. Also, no instruction about the Hob/stove, so we could not heat anything. I really need a morning coffee, so was putting filter coffee powder in a cup of boiled water, not ideal. Wanted to boil some eggs but could not work the Hob/stove/cooker. Not every one is used to all machines.

The accommodation was quite, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and polite and the facilities were excellent.

Apartment was clean and very spacious. The staff were responsive and you could message them at anytime. The air conditioning unit was very easy to use and I was impressed with our accommodations. The elevator was nice for checking in and out with our luggage.
