We had a comfortable couple of days- Room had a decent view of the Tokyo Skytree but the view from the terrace was superb! Highly recommend and we would definitely want to stay again!
Staff were very courteous and friendly- instructions were clear and easy to follow in both English and Japanese.
Laundry room had 5 machines in the laundry room and you can even monitor the progress or check if it's occupied from the TV in your room.
The access to the Oshiage Station entrance was pretty convenient though do plan ahead if you are carrying any luggage and look for elevators!
