The staff are EXCELLENT! We stayed at this hotel the night before our cruise and after! Jesse, Sheena, and Maria! Maria checked us in on our first night. She was exceptionally nice and pleasant. Sheena checked us in on our last night. She’s amazing! We asked if she could hold our luggage because we just gotten off our cruise and we couldn’t check in for hours. She agreed and then we were greeted by Jesse. Jesse!!! She is phenomenal! Not only did she let my family check in a few hours early during our stay, she held our luggage after we checked out. We had a late flight and wanted to do some shopping before we headed to airport but didn’t want to tote our luggage. The staff made our trip stress free! Our rooms were clean and comfortable. They also placed us in neighboring rooms so my family could stay together! The location is great as well! The Mexican restaurant across the street is awesome. Are there 3 times! Thanks so much for an amazing stay!

Had a lil issue with receiving the wrong room the first night at check in, but that was quickly sorted out the next morning. Restaurant in the lobby area served Indian/Asian cuisine and was great! The rooftop pool and bar was a nice hit. I'm sure it will be even better once construction is done.
