The best lodging experience I’ve ever had in Japan of over 10 years and over 8 cities! Very spacious and full of great amenities

Room was great. Clean, full of quality amenities, comfortable bed, cool tech. Nice bath, free drinks in fridge, and tooth brushes, bathroom kits available in bathroom. Not the greatest location — but of a walk to town. Went in off-season (December) and it was hard to find food. The check-in process was confusing and a little annoying. You have to check in via a tablet in the room by filling out some fields, taking a photo, then verify your face on live video through a call centre.

My room can fit 8 guests without any problem. All facilities are well maintained. Very nice stay

We've been here before, so this probably tells you that we liked it. The awkward online check-in process went better than last time, the 7-11 is still around the corner, as is the huge Welcia. The beds are nice, everyone liked the bath. One thing that I cannot get out of my head though is the thing about pet-friendly rooms. I am so used to taking the shoes off in Japan (obviously) - but what do dogs with their paws in a pet-friendly room?
