Plaza Boutique Hotel

The hotel is in a great location. It's quiet, there's a couple of tram lines that stop near the hotel and will take you to all the tourist attractions in 10 minutes and run very frequently. It's clean and pleasant. My only comment is that the front desk is usually not staffed, and I didn't receive instructions how to check in. I was able to get inside with another guest and was waiting in the lobby for a while until someone told me I needed to send a message to the management to get the instructions. I hope in the future these instructions will be sent to the guests as soon as the reservation is confirmed.

Quiet, clean, close to everything.

Great location, easy walk into the old city, the room was nice but the balcony had only one chair and no table. On top, one day they cleaned the bird excrement from the facade and made a mess on it. The cleaning crew attempted to enter a few times even though I was in the room and told them I needed privacy :) Definitely not a four star hotel, I would say a bit overpriced but overall I am happy with my stay there. Perhaps they can change the carpets in the rooms and hire more friendly people at the reception... The city is super beautiful...

Hotel was a very clean & modern one. Location was very good (worth using the tram system though to get back into the main city area) & tram stop (Korona) just outside for ease of access. Access into the building was good (coded through all doors) & you don’t need any keys. Breakfast was a little dis-appointing in as much you have to walk to the sister hotel (for a cooked breakfast) which is around a 5 minute journey (if weather was bad you could be wet by the time you arrive), or alternatively you can have a cold breakfast delivered. Hotel is within easy walking to the Ghetto area & Schindler factory if you are visiting for that purpose. Good value for money & all in, I would happily stay there again!
