A beautifully renovated 3-room apartment...
plenty of space for 4 people in a 63 m² living area on the 1st floor with a large balcony:
- Entryway with coat rack
- Living room with a cozy corner sofa and TV,
integrated dining area for 4 people
- Direct access to the furnished, partially covered balcony facing west
- Separate kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.
- Bedroom with a double bed (2 mattresses, 90 x 200 cm) and a closet
- Bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), wardrobe, and TV
- Bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine
One parking space is included; bicycles can be stored out of sight behind the house.
Unfortunately, pets and smoking are not permitted in the apartment!
