Perfect location - very close to Accademia and Duomo.
Wonderful Gelateria opposite was a bonus
Was a bit noisy but only to be expected so close to the centre
Had an issue with the shower - hopefully will be sorted for next guest as host is aware

location
no lift, its located at the 3rd floor. very hard to carry our luggage
