The three-story, spacious, and fully equipped Villa Blue Bay is located in the village of Kruče, about 50 meters from the sea and next to a charming beach.

First floor—two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

Second floor—a kitchen with a terrace, one bedroom, and two bathrooms.

The house is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances. The property is fenced. The villa includes two parking spaces.

Kruče is a small, pleasant, and green village—yet it has excellent transportation links. There are practically no hotels here, and the village remains quiet and peaceful even in the middle of summer.

Within walking distance is a small pebble beach with clear water and a small café.

Kruče Bay is known among insiders for its crystal-clear water. This small village on the southern Adriatic coast offers a relaxed and restful atmosphere and is perfect for sunbathers who love relaxation, nature, and sightseeing. Enjoy the perfectly clean water—for example, while snorkeling, swimming, or fishing.

Discover cultural attractions such as the picturesque old towns of Stari Grad Ulcinj or Stari Bar. Explore the vibrant natural landscape on short or long hikes.
