Welcome to Vail Point 35 offering an abundance of amenities! Fully updated and equipped with a large 2 car garage, pool and hot tub, hiking trails, mountain biking, a 5 minute bus ride to the ski lifts, and close proximity to the bus stop.
Gorgeous newly renovated space elevated, creating plenty of natural light and tucked back from the road allowing for privacy and serenity. As you make your way into the unit, you are welcomed by an open living area featuring a beautiful stone fireplace. Off the living area, enjoy a lovely deck, perfect for taking in the mountainscapes.
The kitchen is equipped with everything to cook up a feast for friends and family gatherings. The dining area just off the kitchen offers seating for six and overlooks the living area.
The spacious primary suite just up the stairs welcomes you with natural light, a king sized bed and a beautiful stone bathroom with a marble and glass shower. The second guest bedroom on the same level is equipped with a comfortable queen bed and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
On the main level you will find two more bedrooms. The third guest bedroom comes with a cozy king bed, and the fourth bedroom is equipped with a twin bunk bed for the little ones. These two guest bedrooms share a spacious stone finished bathroom with a shower.
This property offers an on-site hot tub available year round and pool, (available summer only)
*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.
THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Ideal property for a family getaway! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed — the numbers of dishes, bowls, and glasses was impressive. The beds were very comfortable, and we loved the convenience of the free shuttle to Vail Village. The property management team was quick to respond to any questions. We’d definitely stay here again!

Our family came for Spring Break and had the best time! The home was everything we needed and more. Plenty of space, kitchen stocked with everything we needed for our home cooked meals, and answered questions within minutes. Visited many local small restaurants and enjoyed all of them! Would definitely recommend and stay again!
