No carpeting in this quaint condo on the golf course. Quiet, community pool, private garage, inside laundry, clean, freshly painted with new hardware throughout. No smoking inside please. This beautiful gem let's you explore fine dining, Top Golf, restaurants, movies & all that hiking, Salt river tubing, horse back riding and lots more to explore all within a few miles. Try San Tan Village 5 miles south or buzzing downtown Gilbert with a busy night life. Movies, restaurants, Total Wine & More, Gun Club, Bowling Alley, shopping, fine dining & more.

great place and location

The condo is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had the equipment, pans, bowls that we needed to cook. The dishwasher worked well. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was great. I loved the patio with the privacy facing the golf course.
