The 91-square-meter apartment, which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, is located on the second floor of an apartment building.
The apartment is equipped with every amenity: a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and private parking.
The apartment is located in a quiet area with good access to the city center, making it an ideal starting point for exploring La Spezia and the Cinque Terre!
The space
The approximately 91-square-meter apartment is located on the second floor; the interior is laid out as follows:
KITCHEN equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, electric oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, and various kitchen utensils;
BEDROOM 1: equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe
BEDROOM 2: two single beds (one of which is a pull-out bed).
LIVING ROOM: with a sofa and a relaxation area
BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, and toilet.
TERRACE with table and chairs
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning (2 split units), independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer, plus one uncovered parking space.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Seven days before arrival, you’ll receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian process for registering guests staying in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).
In summer, the average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.
In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C.
