First flor, parking spot right next to the elevator
Nothing

The property has good facilities, although a mirror in the bedroom would be good. The A/C was very welcome, but whilst not in all rooms maybe a fan /s could be made available.
Whilst we were giving the instructions of how to enter the building, we found they were not accurate, which I had to ask a local to help finding the key box.

The apartment has everything that you need. Comfortable house with underground parking space, nice bathroom, good location, fast WiFi
Pretty noisy (cars from the street), if you want open windows
