The place is very conveniently located just 5 minutes away from the train station and is also a 10-min walk from the historical center. The apartment was clean and had everything one might need.

Everything was good, room was very clean, it was very close to the station and the city. Nothing bad to report so i would recommend.

This unit is in a quaint old building with an elevator only a short walk to the central train station to visit cinque terre. There is a coffee shop right next door with delicious pastries. There are lots of restaurants and grocery stores a short walk away. Excellent pizzaria across the street. Check in was super easy and great communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again.

Communication with the host was great, the property exceeded our expectations. Great bed. Excellent location in the center of La Spezia. Nice balcony and view from the room. We will be back!
