Very handy to drive or walk to the hospital. Nice and quiet even though it is on one of the big four avenues.

No big problems although there were no plugs for the bath, the basin and the sink. The shower was great but if we wanted to have a bath it would have been a problem. The bedside lamp is a little temperamental and there was only one.

Location is great, the staff is good and some clients are open minded. Kitchen is fine and clean, the common area is quite good. However, the shower is quite hard if you just want to wash your feet before getting bed. The sink is tiny and not easy for you washing your face. You need to prepare your personal wash items such as shampoo, towel, hair dryer,...But it costs your temporary stay.

The bunk bed was terrible because it creaked every time I tossed and turned. In addition, the mattress was especially soft and sank so deeply that it killed my back and neck :D. My previous roommate's stuff was messy and smelly. My last night was a total nightmare because I think he got drunk and snored so loudly that another new roommate had to ask reception to change rooms. I had to move into the reading room and lie on the short sofa. However, things got funny around midnight when I saw someone leave the door slightly open and pee right into the room where I was lying on the sofa. I guess he was so wasted that he didn't even realize I was there. Unfortunately, I had an early flight to Hamilton the next day, and, as you can imagine, I couldn't sleep a wink.
