Ez check in with keybox. Good location next to the park, with Terrasse, washing machine. Very spacious. There is like a tiny yard where you can put bicycles if needed.

We only stayed 1 night, so nothing negative came to mind

Was easy to access, no issues. Kitchen was good, very relaxing spot. Out door area was a lovely environment, people talking from the park to the balconies above when having a drink is a lovely background to the beautiful nature surrounding you.

The bed had no strength, when sitting on it you would sink a lot further than a normal one which took some adjusting, i slept fine but my friend struggled

- great location near park and water, very refreshing in summer - spacious - equipped kitchen - terrace was great to have, it offers reasonable privacy despite being in a park

- kitchen equipment could use renewal, the pans are not the best and knives were terrible - mattress is super soft, I felt like I'm swimming in it (some people might prefer this type though), the pillows could be better - the place could use some fixes, bathroom door handle was falling out, fortunately we never locked ourselves inside

"Zusammen gewürfeltes" Mobiliar und Küchenausstatung (Geschirr/Besteck). Nur 2 Frühstücksteller! Angefangener Joghurt im Kühlschrank. Aufgerissene Nudel-/Reistüten im Vorratsschrank. Der war total unsortiert - Resteverwertung? Wackelige Badschränke. Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer zur Hälfte nicht nutzbar, mit Bettdecken, Kissen und Bettwäsche vollgestopft. Weihnachtsdeko im Badschrank! Zahlreiche tote kleine Fliegen auf dem WZ-Fensterbrett hinter der Couch. Wohnungstür ließ sich bei feuchtem Wetter schwer öffnen, schleifte am Boden.
