Warm and cosy. Close to great restaurants.
3rd floor garret. Tight stairs and difficult to take bags to the flat.

Good communication before arrival such as information about parking and location.
The location is right in the historic centre with numerous lovely restaurants and bars, plenty of parking options paid or free.
We arrived on a Saturday evening after a local football match so there was possibly an unusual amount of activity in the bar below the apartment but we couldn't really hear any of this from the apartment.
Little touches such as sugar, teas and small jam pots were unexpected but very much appreciated and show that the host cares about their guests :)
Maybe the stairs were steep if you had a lot of luggage or mobility issues, but the room and location more than makes up for this little inconvenience.

We arrived earlier than we expected a call to the owner gave me the code to the key box no problem at all.

The location
The apartment itself as it’s under the rafters.
It’s three flights of stairs. Not the biggest problem but could be for someone less fit.
