Whether you're a large family with children or a group of friends, you'll feel right at home with us. The 86 m² apartment features two separate bedrooms with comfortable double beds, a spacious living room with a TV, a sleeper sofa, and access to the balcony. The smaller bedroom also opens onto a spacious terrace. The apartment comfortably sleeps six people, but a fold-out guest bed for a seventh person can be provided upon request. A fold-out crib is also available for use.

The spacious kitchen is well-equipped and ideal for cooking and sharing meals at the large table. All basic ingredients (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, balsamic vinegar, spices, and more) are provided free of charge. You’ll also find various types of tea and coffee in the kitchen.

For added convenience, an iron and ironing board are provided in the apartment. A washing machine is available in the basement.

The vacation home is located in the beautiful Sebnitz region of Saxony, right in a local recreation area near the Forellenschenke. Here, every guest can find something to enjoy: a large playground for children, beautiful hiking and biking trails for active vacationers and their dogs, a mini-golf course and a soccer field for sports enthusiasts, as well as a cold-water foot bath for refreshing relief on hot summer days, fed by cold water from the Sebnitz Forest.

Sebnitz itself is known for its charming landscape and offers numerous opportunities for outdoor activities. The town was once the “artificial flower capital” and is still home to the House of German Artificial Flowers, where you can experience the tradition of artificial flower making firsthand. Relax in the herbal spa with a sauna and massages, or visit the SoliVital Sports and Leisure Center, which is ideal for rainy days. It features a climbing wall, a children’s play area, bowling alleys, and a fitness center.

A special highlight: With the guest card, you can use regional public transportation to Dresden for free. This allows you to explore the surrounding area conveniently and affordably.

If you’re hungry, you can sample delicious dishes at the nearby Italian restaurant, Pizzeria Due Fratelli. In winter, you can go skiing at the only ski resort in Saxon Switzerland.

The town of Sebnitz is a spa town, which is why a visitor’s tax must be paid in cash on site. You can simply pay this upon departure. The fee is 2.50 (reduced rate: 2.00) per person per night. You’ll receive further information on site. In return, you’ll receive a guest card that entitles you to numerous discounts. It also serves as a bus and train ticket.
