Alpine Stone Chalet — Ski & Mountain Retreat

A stone chalet nestled in the mountains, where traditional materials and contemporary comfort create
a warm and welcoming retreat.
In an exclusive and private area of Ponte di Legno, this house combines the soul of Alpine tradition with modern and sustainable
solutions, offering an authentic, comfortable and well-organized stay in every season.

Carefully renovated, the chalet preserves original elements such as stone walls and natural wood, integrated with efficient
technologies and spaces designed for daily life in the mountains.
The spaces are warm and functional: a cozy living room, custom-made kitchen, two bathrooms and two
double bedrooms with attic beams, ideal for families or groups.
The location allows you to experience the mountains in a simple and direct way: in winter the shuttle bus to the ski
slopes is nearby and allows you to reach the lifts in a few minutes; in summer,
hiking trails and MTB trails start directly from the area.

Check-in is flexible and the stay is discreetly supported for every need. Concierge included and the
possibility to organize, on request, personalized experiences through local partners.

City Tax: € 1,00 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 10 nights

According to Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS), it is mandatory to show the identity documents (passport or identity card) of all guests upon check-in for transmission to the Public Security authorities. In case of refusal, it will not be legally possible to check in. In addition, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian law.
