The "Meister Eder" is a triangular house with a pitched roof! It features the following on the lower level: *kitchen*, *bathroom/toilet*, and *living room/dining room*. On the upper floor, there is 1 bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and 1 bedroom with 2 beds (each 90x200). The house includes a 250 m² garden and a small patio with a table and chairs. Travel crib, high chair, diaper pail, changing pad, toilet seat, baby monitor... no problem upon request! Hair dryer, TV, radio, DVD player, games, clothes rack, soap, iron... everything provided on-site! Our vacation home is located on Lake Erlauzwiesel, near the beautiful town of Waldkirchen (3 km) in the Bavarian Forest. The nearest golf course is 3 km away, and there are three family-friendly ski resorts within a 20-minute drive. Bicycle and hiking trails run right past the property! A restaurant is about a 5-minute walk away. The vacation home is approximately 30 km from Passau, 30 km from the Neuschönau Treetop Walk, a stone’s throw from Austria, and a stone’s throw from the Czech Republic. Payment is due in advance via bank transfer. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key safe. Pets are allowed. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request. A visitor’s tax applies: 3 EUR per adult per night; children (ages 6–14) 1.80 EUR.
