The staff were responsive, helpful and nice and we were able to cook.
The room we got was very dim, the water in our shower was very cold, the towels smelled stinky, the bed wasn't very clean, there were cockroaches and we couldn't keep our windows open because the windows weren't tinted and there were no mosquito net/barrier to keep them out.
