The owner corresponded with us regularly before the trip, and full instructions were given. The property manager met us at the property and was extremely helpful, giving us keys and all information.

The apartment is beautiful and spacious. It was perfect for our group of 4. The location is very convenient with lots of dining and shopping nearby.

Being on a major street the traffic noise level was high.

Location, location, … you get the point It was very comfortable and worked well for a family with 2 teenagers. You can walk to almost all the tourist sites and no Uber driver complained about picking us up or dropping us off even when we stayed out late listening to music. The grocery stores are convenient and the other food options are great even for vegetarians.

I hate to complain about small things. This is not a hotel. When the hot water shut off one evening, someone had to come to fix it the following day. I’ve stayed at a luxury hotel in Cairo where our in-room AC unit started dripping water at 1am. They left a bucket under it until someone could come to fix it the next morning. Not very different. To his credit, the host was VERY responsive.
