A Warm Welcome! We extend a warm welcome to you at our vacation cottage in Nonn, 100 meters above sea level and 100 meters above Bad Reichenhall, at the foot of the Hochstaufen. Situated on a beautiful south-facing slope with a view of the Predigtstuhl, it is an annex to our main house. Surrounded by the forests of the Nonner Oberland, here you can enjoy nature and tranquility while also taking advantage of the amenities of the spa town of Bad Reichenhall.

Welcome to our charming vacation home with a spacious area of approximately 55 square meters and a magnificent view of the mountains! The accommodation features a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a cozy bedroom. The pull-out couch in the living room can be used as an extra sleeping space if needed—ideal for families or friends. The open-concept layout of the kitchen and living room ensures you can stay in touch with your travel companions while cooking. The inviting living room is equipped with a large TV, a comfortable corner bench, and a table—perfect for social evenings.
Want to get active? Here are some options for hiking, mountaineering, and biking—right from the vacation home... Hike the Listsee loop trail, to Thumsee, up to the Pankraz Kircherl, to the Karlstein castle ruins, or to the Höllenbachalm. The vacation cottage is an ideal starting point for mountain hikes up the Hochstaufen or Zwiesel. There are also countless options for biking or e-biking, with a wide range of difficulty levels and distances. Combining biking and hiking is also easy here. Examples include the loop around Lake Saalach, to the Aschauerklamm Gorge, to Salzburg, to Berchtesgaden, and much more. A 30-minute walk along a scenic path takes you to downtown Bad Reichenhall.
