The place is clean but could do with some updating. Lack of plug sockets.
We were on the top floor and the lift was still not working from earlier reviews. The cleaners dont enter your room unless you request a change of towels or bed sheets that there is a small charge for. The shower and bathroom were clean and spacious. The hotel is in a great spot for getting around krakow and was quite at night. Would recommend for anyone doing a few days visiting as it's location really is good once you realise how easy it is to get around. Check in is at 3pm and that is when you get the codes for entering the building. See many people in krakow walking round with suitcases so it's a regular thing in krakow. We would go again if visiting krakow.
