* The apartment is not air-conditioned. During heatwaves it can get very hot inside, which may bother guests who are sensitive to heat.
* The building has a lift, but it is very small. For a large group, plan several trips to bring the luggage up to the 1st floor.

On the plus side, you will stay in a 100 m² (1076 sq ft) apartment with room for ten guests, right in the centre of Paris, 350 m from Châtelet metro station (lines 1 and 7).

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
