At the foot of the Butte Montmartre, in a quiet residence, very pleasant apartment on the first floor with a large terrace overlooking an interior garden.
Apartment previously rented on the TripAdvisor platform, see corresponding review - visible until October 30, 2024 (scheduled end of the TripAdvisor platform).
150 m from all shops, pharmacy, cinema, restaurants.
Public transportation 200 m away, metro lines 2 & 13, bus (see map in the ad).
2.4 kms from the Place de la Concorde - 30 to 40 min walk, 2.9 kms from the Place de l'Etoile Arc de Triomphe - 35 to 45 min walk, by bus N° 30 direct to the Eiffel Tower, 1h10 from Eurodisney by transport: metro 2 Etoile station and then RER A.
In the provision and the displayed price of the apartment is included a parking space in the basement of the building.

A wonderful apartment in a great neighborhood. Convenient access to everything you need (food, drink, metro, etc.). It was perfect for our family trip to Paris. The ground floor was cool (during the heat wave), the patio was amazing, and the laundry was a life saver. I highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again.

Exactly as listed and super easy access. Thankful to have a ground floor flat with easy access with all our luggage. Host was very easy and friendly to work with as well. Highly recommend.

Great location for jumping on the metro!

This place was in a fantastic location but there were cockroaches in the kitchen and black mold in the shower. I’m not sure how common this is, but other than that, we had a good time.
