The rooms were very good, clean and well kept. The location was a little bit out of the main Krakow Old Town, maybe a 20- 25 min walk. But we didnt mind this. There's plenty of public transport around if walking is not your thing. There's a rear and front Balcony, which we loved.
The Wi-Fi had a habit of dropping in and out, which was irritating. And the door locking system was baffling at first, it took some working out.

Very nice, amazing woman on the phone that let me do late checkout, perfect location and great shower as a bonus

Big comfortable bed. Nice kitchen.
The blinds.
