このアパートメント について
What makes Vacation Rental 1 (approx. 65 square meters) special are its spacious rooms and large east-facing balcony.
From the living/dining area, you can enjoy the morning atmosphere on the balcony with a delicious breakfast.
The apartment has two bedrooms; one is furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds. An additional lounge chair can be placed in the bedroom with the double bed.
Upon request, we’ll be happy to provide a baby crib (crib) for a fee.
The couch in the living room can also be converted into a bed upon request. Feel free to contact us!
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, toaster, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and egg cooker. A flat-screen TV with satellite TV and Wi-Fi are, of course, included. From the separate hallway with a coat closet, you can access the bathroom with a toilet and shower. Comfortable seat cushions are provided for the balcony furniture.
Come and make yourself at home with your family, friends, or as a couple in our family-run inn. The quiet and sunny location of our house, the green meadows all around, and the magnificent views of the unspoiled nature of our forests guarantee you rest and relaxation from everyday life.
In total, our guesthouse features three lovingly furnished vacation apartments.
Treat yourself to some relaxation on our large sun-drenched lawn next to the house—perhaps with a Franconian snack on the cozy outdoor seating area—or take advantage of the beautiful weather for a leisurely barbecue evening.
Free parking is available in front of the house, and there are lockable storage areas in the basement for your bicycles.
On-site, you can charge your electric car at an 11 kW wall box with a Type 2 plug and a 6-meter cable.
In the basement, you can use the shared washer and dryer (for a fee).
There is a separate closet for hiking boots and clothing. Our bread roll service, provided by the Morgengold delivery service, is also very popular. We offer a diverse selection of beverages (Franconian beer, water, soda, etc.) and a small selection of wines.
Golf enthusiasts can look forward to a limited number of green fee vouchers or green fee discounts for our Pottenstein-Weidenloh Golf Club—and, if desired, guests are welcome to accompany them.
Despite our rural location, we’re directly connected to the fiber-optic network and offer free high-speed Wi-Fi.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed here. We look forward to welcoming you!
