Our home offers four comfortable vacation apartments that are ideal for a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature. Situated in a beautiful south-facing location, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the charming village of Bodenmais and the surrounding mountains. The vacation apartment is lovingly furnished and offers you the perfect retreat after an eventful day in nature. Whether you want to relax, go hiking, or explore the region’s diverse recreational opportunities—you’ll find everything you need for an unforgettable stay here. The area around Bodenmais offers numerous hiking and biking trails that lead you through the unspoiled nature of the Bavarian Forest. The charming town center, with its cozy cafés, restaurants, and shops, is also just a short walk away. The spacious “Andreas” vacation apartment on the first floor, measuring approximately 45 square meters, features a large, south-facing balcony sheltered from the wind that offers stunning views of Bodenmais. It is furnished with a table, a two-seater bench, two chairs, and two lounge chairs. The large living/sleeping area—featuring a double bed, a couch that converts into a sleeper, a seating area with a table and two armchairs, a two-door closet, and a dresser with a smart TV—is bright and inviting thanks to the large floor-to-ceiling windows. The separate kitchen with dining area is fully equipped and features an oven and a 4-burner stove. The spacious bathroom includes a toilet, a shower, and a sink. Check-in is available from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are available upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A crib can be provided upon request (free of charge). The visitor’s tax of 3.60 EUR per person (ages 16 and up) per night will be charged separately on-site. For children ages 6–15, a tourist tax of 1.80 EUR applies. A bread roll delivery service is available upon request. The base rate includes towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, and parking. Payment is due on-site in cash or by card.
