L'équipe Urban Flat In Paris est heureuse de vous accueillir dans cet ancien entièrement rénové d'une surface de 115m2 pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 17 personnes, idéalement pour 11 personnes.
We are pleased to inform you that whatever the number of people indicated in your reservation, we will provide sheets and towels up to the maximum capacity of the apartment.

It has 3 bathrooms (Shower and shower+wc) and separate wc

To ensure your well-being, our aparthotels adhere to the highest cleanliness standards. Upon your arrival, the Urban Flat in Paris team equips you with standard Afnor masks, gloves, hydroalcoholic gel, disinfectant wipes, and soap, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay.
The stunning wooden flooring harmonizes seamlessly with the elegant furnishings, cultivating a cozy and warm ambiance. It provides a serene retreat in the heart of the vibrant capital, offering an intimate respite amidst the myriad activities that Paris has to offer.
Nestled between the Louvre and the George Pompidou Center and in close proximity to the Musee Picasso, our apartment boasts an ideal location. The tourist tax is applicable

For all reservation during new years, a deposit of 1500 euros will be requested
We are happy to give you access to our GYM for FREE, located on 5 rue du Ponceau, 75002, open everyday from 9am to 6pm. Please book your time slot either at our agency on 9 rue du caire, 75002 Paris
Your reservation is protected. In the event of a technical incident before your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable apartment.

It was a lovely place to stay perfect location
More coffee cups, as a party of 10 there was only 5 cups,

The pictures are pretty for this place. But there is no A/C in this unit and fans do not do the trick in summer. One of the bedrooms is basically in the kitchen with no windows and smells like cat pee, it was a smelly hot box with little privacy. The shower in this room is nice and has a sink area but no toilet...There are only two toilets for this entire apartment, this is ridiculous if you actually had full capacity for this residence! No inside Laundry, no toaster and the other two showers did not work properly, either no hot water or broken fixtures. Decent location, but would not recommend.
