Location location location! Loved it! so convenient and mostly quiet (currently construction with a tower crane right next door) the lift was appreciated too. The roof terrace is glorious for the view but in chaotic condition...the apartment is spacious with lots of light and air. The antique furniture is lovely. The washing machine worked with a drying rack. Lovely views also from the balcony facing the Bishops Palace too bad about the dead plants

The staff contact was borderline rude and certainly unhelpful. We had to ask for basics like the WiFi details. Totally uninterested in our stay just our money. The apt was once very nice but now it's outdated with several things not working such as the bathroom light. One wine glass, bizarre lack of sheets and pillow cases, electric outlets and switches either not working or in awkward places. Kitchen very under equipped. No advice or information on Verona, or how to use the oven! The double bed is clearly tired and rolls you into the middle... might be ok for some! Dead plants everywhere were very sad considering the cost of the stay.

The situation is exceptional. The apaprtment is fun and very well organised. The staff is great.

Travaux en cours dans l’immeuble avec bruit incessant entre 8h et 17h (permis de construire affiché) Rideaux sur fenêtre de la salle de bain vue depuis la coursive sur la douche et les wc aucune poubelle aucun torchon aucun produit ménager vaisselle salle a notre arrivée oreillers indignes personnel rentré sans notre autorisation pendant notre séjour pour déménager du mobilier de la terrasse Réclamation auprès de notre hôte qui s’en fiche booking prévenu qui nous a fait un geste commercial En résumé très bel emplacement par contre bruit toute la journée et pas mal de chose à revoir
