This 60-square-meter vacation apartment for 2–4 people boasts a breathtaking view of the Karwendel, the Wetterstein Mountains, and the Isar Canal, which you can enjoy from morning to night on its wraparound balcony. The central yet quiet location, with easy access to cross-country ski trails, hiking paths, and bike routes, appeals to both active travelers and those seeking peace and quiet—or offers the perfect balance for those working from home. The “Haus des Gastes,” featuring events, a library, mini-golf, a tennis court/ice rink, and an adventure playground, is just a 5-minute walk away.

The 60-square-meter, individually furnished vacation apartment features a separate bedroom decorated in an Alpine style, and the living/kitchen/dining room is lovingly furnished with family heirlooms; the sleeper sofa can accommodate 2 additional guests if needed. Modern touches and two cozy work areas round out the homey atmosphere. Practical amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, 2 TVs, a toaster, coffee makers, bed and table linens, towels, game collections, and small toys make it easy to organize your vacation or work-from-home stay.
On-site costs: The price includes towels, bed linens, final cleaning, a game collection and small play equipment, parking, and use of spices, oil/vinegar, and dips. • A 50% deposit will be charged immediately after booking. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before arrival. • Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost • Keys will be handed over at the apartment • Check-in: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM and by arrangement; check-out: by 11:00 AM • Pets are not allowed. • A crib is not available; however, a high-quality pull-out couch for 2 people is available (10.00 per night per person). • Tourist tax, effective as of 01.04.2023:: 3.00 per night for adults, 1.90 per night for guests up to 16 years of age. This must be paid by bank transfer before arrival. • Food and beverages: Guests can reach the village store, located 300 m away, in 3 minutes. • Other applicable fees: none
