Unterkunft und Gelände gepflegt und Dekoration/Ambiente einladend

- fehlende Badvorleger bzw. Handtuch für die Füße nach der Dusche - Toilettenpapierhalter defekt - aufgrund der Bewegungsmelder im Hof gingen diese bei jedem Fußgänger UND vorbeifliegenden Insekt an, ansich nicht schlimm~ jedoch echt nervig wenn man schlafen möchte und alle paar Minuten das grelle Licht in das Appartement rein scheint und man aufwacht oder nicht weiter schlafen kann. Hier wären Verdunkelungsvorhänge an den Fenstern toll. Oder Rollos. Und vorallem an der Zimmertüre welche aus Glas ist, MUSS unbedingt ein Vorhang oder eine Folie dran! Es hat den Schlaf sehr gestört da alle paar Minuten das Zimmer erhellt wurde😫🫩🥱

Я бронювала номер із двома односпальними ліжками, але в готелі без додаткової оплати надали номер із двоспальним ліжком. Це було дуже приємно та перевищило мої очікування. Номер також був чистий і комфортний

Суттєвих недоліків не помітила, усе було добре.

The beds were extremely comfortable, which was definitely a positive, and we had a good night’s sleep once we were in bed. Unfortunately, the apartment was extremely cold throughout our stay. There were no instructions on how to turn the heating on, and despite messaging the host three times, we didn’t receive any help with this. It was so cold that we couldn’t use the shower and ended up going to bed at around 8:30pm simply to keep warm. There were also bright outside lights going on and off throughout the night, so blackout blinds or curtains would make a big difference. The apartment also didn’t really have a lounge area as expected—there was just a kitchen table and chairs. Additionally, the second person using the second bed has to walk through the main bedroom to access the toilet, which isn’t particularly convenient. Overall, while the beds were exceptionally comfortable, the lack of heating and poor communication from the host made our stay much less comfortable than it should have been.
