This superb studio is located in the heart of the 3rd district of Paris. Its ideal location near the famous "Montorgueil" district
The geographical situation of the apartment will allow you to move very easily in the capital via these numerous possibilities of public transport:
- Metro: Arts et Metiers (lines 11, 3) located at 4 minutes on foot
- Metro: Strasbourg Saint Denis (lines 4,8,9), located 3 minutes away on foot
- RER : Châtelet les Halles (RER A, B, D), located at 12 minutes by foot
- Velib station
- Autolib station
- Several Taxi companies available : G7 cabs (the most used) - call 36 07.
- BUS (day and night)

The place is in a fantastic location! The host is incredibly welcoming and goes out of their way to assist, The building is well-maintained, and I loved entering through the charming little green courtyard,

Great location and good communication with the host/manager however many fixes could make this place a lot more desirable. There was no soap or shampoo when we arrived, no hooks to hang towels so they could dry from day to day. With a six day stay a few more towels would have been appreciated. No soap dish in the shower, hangers but no place to hang clothes, broken lights and unfortunately the bathroom smelled like a sewer at night.
