It was very spacious for 6 people and had everything we needed as far as kitchenware went. The tea, coffee and milk provided were much appreciated.

Location was within walking distance to the city. Off street parking was a bonus. Checking in was easy and host communication perfect. Overall it was perfect for our quick stopover in Christchurch.
Would have liked a dryer to do a load of washing as we didn't have the luxury of sunshine whilst there or spare time to wait for clothing to dry.
Beds were a mix of too soft or too hard (we were a party of 4), however it is hard to please everyone.
I think the space could do with new furniture (old) and carpet replaced (musty smell).
