There is one TV in the spacious kitchen-living room and one in the living room. The outdoor area features a seating area with a grill. Maximum occupancy is 5 people and 1 baby up to 3 years old. Parking and Wi-Fi are free. No pets allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
Starting in 2024, the Dippoldiswalde district will implement a visitor’s tax of 2 euros per person per day. (Ages 6 and up) Not included in the final price.

The newly built vacation apartment, approximately 60 square meters, features a kitchen with an integrated entryway. (Refrigerator, microwave, stove with oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher) The bathroom features a stylish, walk-in glass shower with a rain showerhead, sink, and toilet. The living room, featuring a sofa bed for two people and a TV with a DVD player, is a cozy place to relax. The bedroom features a 1.80 m x 2.00 m double bed and a 0.90 m x 2.00 m single bed. There is also the option to set up one crib. Electric roller shutters and in-floor heating are available in every room.



On-site fees: The total payment must be made via bank transfer. Check-in from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Check-out by 11:00 a.m. Pets are not allowed. Keys will be handed over in person on site. A massage table for personal use is available upon request for 10€ per night. Included: Crib/extra bed (upon request), high chair (upon request), Wi-Fi, parking, barbecue facilities, towels, bed linens



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
