The new Franzi vacation rental is a ground-floor apartment furnished in a modern Alpine style and featuring a terrace. With 61 square meters of living space, you’ll find two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, and a cozy living area, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink, as well as a separate toilet. On the terrace, you can relax in a lounge chair and enjoy the view of the Wetterstein while soaking up the sun.

On-site charges: Payment is due on site in cash. A 20% deposit may be charged after booking. Check-in is available from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is due by 9:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are allowed upon request. (Restrictions may apply, and a surcharge will be charged depending on the type and size of the pet.) A crib can be provided upon request (free of charge). The local tourist tax per person/night is payable on-site. Bed linens, towels, final cleaning, Wi-Fi access, and on-site parking are included in the price.



Check-in is from 1:00 PM to 6:00, and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
