Decent space, new facilities.
One of the windows had no curtains, allowing light inside.
Address on booking leads you down a side alley so it's hard to find the entrance.
Signs on the entrance have different names than the label on booking.
No elevator.
Strong smell in the entry halls. Really needs to be fixed.

Always one of my favorite places to stay in Japan. It felt like home for a couple weeks. Cozy, quiet, calm, feels like I had a home in Tokyo. It was a quiet area night next to a bustling and vibrant area! Comfortable bed, and fantastic washroom!
No complaints, truly.

This place was incredible. So clean, so much space, so many useful things to use, and close to ikebukuro station.
Staying on the 5th floor was a little tiring getting up and down with a massive suitcase. A lift would be good to have.
