Hartera Apartment is beautiful. It is located on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator that goes up to the 3rd floor. The apartment faces the back of the building, overlooking the railway tracks. Although trains pass literally just one metre from the building and can be very loud, it is quiet at night, so you can get a good night's sleep. I think the last train I heard was around midnight. The bed is comfortable, and you can completely darken the bedroom. The kitchen has an espresso machine with a few coffee capsules provided for guests, as well as a kettle if you prefer to make your coffee another way. Everything is spotlessly clean. If you're coming by car, parking Brajdica (5 euros/day) is very close. But you"ll have to carry your luggage up quite a few stairs:)

Communication was a bit confusing. They didn't initially tell me which floor the apartment was on, so when I arrived, I had to contact them. They told me it was on the 6th floor, even though the building only has four floors. I also couldn't open the door leading to the apartment entrance using the link they had sent me, so I had to call them to unlock it remotely. They responded very quickly and sorted everything out, but all of this could have been avoided with a simpler access system, such as entering a code. In any case, make sure you save their phone number, as you'll probably need to call them.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, stylisch und modern mit Bergsicht und mit Blick auf den Hinterhof. Direkt dahinter fährt in fast regelmäßigen Abstand mit lautem Getöse und extrem lautem Gehupe die Eisenbahn vorbei. Der Zugang zur Wohnung gestaltete sich schwierig, die Haustüre war einfach mittels einem Code zu öffnen. Dann war nicht klar, in welche Etage wir mittels dem Aufzug zu fahren haben. An der Wohnungstüre funktionierte der Code nicht und wir nahmen telefonische Hilfe in Anspruch.

Wir waren irritiert, als wir in der Bestandsliste lasen, dass der Gast einen Artikel der Wohnung aufbraucht, diesen zu ersetzen hat.

Najbardziej podobała nam się lokalizacja, blisko do plaży i blisko do centrum miasta.

Brak balkonu i wprowadzenie klientów w błąd podczas rezerwacji! Przed rezerwacją są udostępnione wszystkie zdjęcia wszystkich trzech pokojów do wynajęcia i wszystkie są rozumiane jako pokój z balkonem. Gdzie wybierając jeden z tych pokojów dalej w opisie jest w opisie balkon. Po czym przyjeżdżając na miejsce, balkonu wogóle nie ma. Zgłaszałam to od razu do recepcji, ale powiedzieli mi, że jaki pokój wybrałam taki mam. Wysłałam im opis mojej rezerwacji, a oni to samo ciągle odpowiadali, nie uwzględniając absolutnie żadnego zwrotu pieniędzy ani zmiany pokoju.

Nowoczesny apartament, bardzo czysto. Stosunek jakości do ceny jest świetny!

Brakowało mi jakiegoś małego żelazka w apartamencie☺️
