13 Splendid apartments of various types and sizes located within the 500esque building "Cà Bollani".
This flat is located on the third floor of a building with a lift, overlooking a street and an internal courtyard. It consists of an independent kitchen equipped with amenities including a dishwasher and microwave, a living room with a sofa and a TV, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower cubicle completes the layout. There is a double sofa bed in the apartment.
On the ground floor available to all guests is a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.
* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.

A wonderful location right in the heart of Venice. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and the extremely detailed instructions to locate the building were a huge bonus in those confusing streets. Also, a very short walk to the vaporetto stop for convenience.

Property was clean but worn. Sofa looked like it had seen better days. Check-in instructions were accurate and seemed complicated until you actually get into Venice (which is confusing). They could add instructions about the water taxi. Couldn’t open or even see out of the windows.
