Location was good, parking space was large, house is big enough.
This place is clearly run by a company trying to make a quick buck by cutting every corner.
We arrived at 9pm to check in. We got the key out of the key box, but couldn't unlock the door, because one of the two locks on the door was jammed and won't turn.
So we called the staff by phone. We requested that they send someone ASAP to the house to deal with the situation, but they won't.
They kept telling me, many times, that the cleaners were able to unlock the door without issue earlier that day. To which I responded "okay, but what does that have to do with my current situation". Yet they kept repeating it every 5 minute or so.
So they kept telling me to turn the locks this way or that way, because they believe I was doing it wrong. I asked them if I should turn it clockwise or counterclockwise, in both Japanese and Chinese. (The staff answering the phone spoke Japanese initially, then switch to Chinese) But none of the staff on the call and whoever was in the office with her understood the concept of clockwise/counterclockwise, and just told me to turn it to the right. (Which probably means clockwise)
They then told me to take photos of the lock and send them via email, because booking.com app don't allow for images and files. When the photos didn't satisfied them, they asked to take a video and send it to them.
I had to do all this while on a international call, a dying phone charging by the car, for one entire hour.
By 10pm, after an hour of back and forth, they finally agreed to send someone, who then arrived around 10:30pm - 90min after we had arrived at the house.
The staff on the scene was able to unlock the jammed lock by really forcing it. When he did it, I realized the locks unlocked going counterclockwise, but they had been telling me to turn it to the right (clockwise) for an hour. But I did kept trying both directions. One of the locks was just very jammed and seized.

Bright, modern, and spacious.
Very new, modern, comfortable and large space. Wonderful home.
The only complaint I can think of is that the floors were a little dirty.
