Franck met us at the apartment, handed over the keys, and showed us all the elements we needed to stay in the apartment. It was easy to arrange and made the stay very pleasant. The apartment is well equipped, has an excellent air conditioning unit in the living room, and two lovely patios that add useful space during our stay for sitting outside and enjoying the weather.
It's an apartment ideally outfitted for two but three can stay there comfortably with the sofa bed and by arranging the table to accommodate three people for meals. The owner showed us how to do that so that we everything we needed to have a nice stay for three adults.

It was a very clean, secure and comfortable apartment to stay in for the week. It is nicely furnished and decorated, and it has everything you need. The outdoor space is lovely for relaxing in the sun. We loved the location, very close to a metro stop, and in walking distance to a number of favorite places in the 5th arrdt. Only one block to grocery store, bakeries, shops, etc. The host is very friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was easy. We also appreciated the comfortable bed and pillows! We’d stay here again in a minute!

Great location. Walking distance from the Pantheon area.
Located on a very quiet street. The building is modern with elevator and entrance card/code.
The apartment is charming. It's perfect for 1-2 people. It has two very nice balconies (one of them is more like a terrace). Very functional kitchen with good cooking utensils (good pots and pans, knives cut well etc.), induction stove.
Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Apartment was very clean.
I enjoyedmy stay there very much!
There is too much furniture in the bedroom. It's a bit too dense.
Three minor things that can be easily improved:
1) A rack to dry dishes in the kitchen would be good to have. One doesn't want to use the dishwasher for small amount of dishes.
2) A newer chopping board in the kitchen would be useful. The current one is a bit warped.
3) There are no large/medium cups for coffee or tea, only small espresso size cups.
