The flat is really nice, comfortable and spacious. Close to the tram stop, which brings you to the city center in 10 minutes

Schöne und große Wohnung, 20 Minuten südlich von Basel. Wunderbar angebunden über Bottmingen Schloss. Aufzug zur Wohnung, einfache Schlüssel Box (selbsterklärend). Kleiner Tipp, teuer, aber super (persönliche Meinung) Restaurant Sonne direkt um die Ecke.

Für manche ist das vielleicht ein Manko: Wohnung liegt in der Flugschneise vom Flughafen, man hört regelmäßig Flugzeuge. Pro Zimmer eine große Bettdecke, nicht zwei kleine. Alles sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, auf 6 Personen ausgelegt. Für mich alles nachvollziehbar und deswegen kein Punktabzug.

Nice and clean. Simple, but good.

The owner was not nice communicating. You also have to be careful that he doesn’t charge you double, like he did with us. He paid it back, but it is not nice I have to find it out myself. Also there was no cleaning towel in the kitchen, we noticed it, and he said there was, so we just didn’t have one, and had to find another solution. In the after talk, I saw that they charged also a damage deposit, so I was thinking he was taking money from me again, and I was shocked. He said it is normal policy, I just have to see if he pay it back. We’ll see. I think the owner needs a massage and a relaxing day in a spa, to calm down and have fun in life again. I will go with him, need it too :)
