Nessmersiel is often referred to as a mecca for mudflat hikers because most mudflat hikes to the East Frisian North Sea islands of Norderney and Baltrum, as well as to the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site, begin here.

Separate kitchen with a well-equipped, high-quality built-in kitchen featuring a 4-burner stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, microwave, etc., and an additional dining area with a corner bench and chairs.

Upper floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed. 1 bedroom/children’s room with 2 single beds and a fixed toddler bed with a safety rail. Additional guest restroom.
